Take Junction 13, Marked Dundrum/Sandyford
At the Roundabout, take the 3rd exit, towards Sandyford. This puts you on College Park Way.
At the signal controlled roundabout, take the first left.
Get into the right hand most lane. The Beacon Hotel will be on your right hand side.
At the lights, turn right (onto Blackthorn Drive)
Take the next right (onto Blackthorn Road)
After approximately 300m, after the pedestrian crossing, turn left onto Corrig Road
Take the first right onto Three Rock Road
We’re at the end of the road, on the right hand side, next to Action Alarms.

The Luas (Green Line) is your fastest way to get to Sandyford.
Alight at the Stillorgan stop (second last stop) and walk into the Industrial Estate
Walk along the path with the Luas line on your left hand side until you can turn right up Ballymoss Road
At the T-Junction, turn left onto Carmanhall Road.
Turn right onto Ravens Rock Road
Turn left onto Three Rock Road. You should see Kelliher’s Electrical in front of you. We’re at the end of the road on the Right Hand Side.
On Dublin Bus the 5, 44n, 46B, 75, 114 all travel through Sandyford Industrial Estate. More information available here on the Dublin Bus website
