We have a very unique coaching service at CrossFit Ireland, it is like nothing you have experienced before. Initially we will ask you a few questions to make sure we’re the right fit for your fitness and health goals.
We want to make sure you’ll have an enjoyable and productive time with us as we’re not just interested in signing members.
To help you make an informed decision we would like to invite you down to a intro session with us. During this session you’ll try out a typical CrossFit workout – 500m row, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, and 10 pull ups – to give you a feel of how CrossFit can help you achieve your goals.
Our one on one consultations can be scheduled at a time to suit you, usually lunchtime or early evening.
