Flexible Class Times

If you and your training buddies are early risers and like a long warm up, we’ll see you at 5:59 waiting in the car park. You can warm up and foam roll at your leisure until it’s time to start your skill work/strength work/first metcon.

If you find yourself in bed a little later, you can rock in anytime up until 7:45 and move through the class at a faster pace.

Find yourself at the end of class with more time and energy? Why not hit some “bonus” work. Grab a buddy and practice your handstands, work an assistance lift or get some extra cardio in.

We’ll also offer flexible class times for lunchtime too, Monday to Friday. Class will run from 12:00-14:00 and you can start anytime. If you’re in a rush just let us know and we can pick out the best parts of class that match your goals.
